How does calendar sync work?
ManaPension uses iCal links, the calendar format offered by Booking, Airbnb and Hostelworld. It is not a direct API connection: only booked dates are exchanged, not prices or guest details.
From the platforms to ManaPension: bookings are imported when you click "Synchronise" (Settings → iCal sync). Do it before confirming a direct booking.
From ManaPension to the platforms: each room has its own ManaPension link to paste into Booking or Airbnb. The platforms read it on their own schedule, so a new booking or block may take from a few minutes to several hours to show up there.
Your calendars are brought together and the risk of double bookings goes down, but it cannot be fully removed during those delays.

Terms
- Monthly: billed every month. Yearly: pay 10 months for 12, billed once.
- No minimum term: stop whenever you like by letting us know. It takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund.
- Payment by bank transfer, on invoice.
- No ManaPension commission on your bookings, whatever the plan. All amounts in CFP francs (XPF).

Quick answers
Where is my data stored?
On a server rented from Hostinger in Europe. Backups of the database and photos go to Scaleway storage in France twice a day and are kept for 30 days. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Details on our data & security page (in French).
What about AI and my guests' data?
AI assistants (Small and Pro plans) are optional. When you use one, the photo or text is sent to Anthropic's API (Claude, USA). Under Anthropic's terms, it is not used to train their models by default and is deleted within 30 days, with exceptions set out in their terms.
Does it work offline?
No. ManaPension is an installable web app (add it to your phone's home screen), but it needs an internet connection to view or change your data.
